Wholesale terms
The rules every wholesale order runs on. Plain English, no fine-print surprises.
Eligibility
Vapes Distributor sells to licensed businesses only — vape shops, smoke shops, convenience retailers and distributors in the United States. Accounts are approved against company details and applicable state tobacco/vape licensing. All account holders must be 21 or older. We do not sell to consumers.
Ordering & minimums
The smallest sellable unit is the 5-unit box. The minimum order value is $3000 per order, mixable across brands. All pricing is trade pricing, visible to approved accounts, and may change between orders until an order is deposit-confirmed.
Deposit & stock lock
Orders are confirmed with a 10% deposit by bank transfer or bank payment QR. On confirmation of the deposit, the ordered inventory is locked to your order. The deposit is non-refundable once inventory is locked.
Invoice & balance deadline
Your final invoice (goods + freight) is issued after deposit confirmation — immediately for USPS orders, or once your LTL lane is quoted (within one business day) for orders of 6+ cartons. The balance is due within 48 hours of invoice issuance.
If the balance is not received within 48 hours: the reserved inventory is released back to stock, the order is closed, and the deposit is forfeited.
Extensions
If you need more time, request an extension from your order page or by email before the deadline, with a brief reason. Extensions take effect only when approved by us in writing — submitting a request does not pause the deadline. Approval is at our discretion.
Freight
Orders under 6 cartons ship USPS at rates calculated at order time. Orders of 6 cartons or more ship palletized LTL at quoted lane rates. Freight appears on the invoice before you pay the balance. Title and risk transfer on carrier pickup; concealed-damage claims must be reported within 2 business days of delivery with photos.
Payment methods
Bank transfer (wire/ACH) and bank payment QR codes. We do not accept card payments on wholesale orders.
Returns
Wholesale goods are sold factory-sealed and are not returnable for preference. Defective units are covered per the brand's defect policy — contact support with lot details and we will resolve it.
Compliance
Buyer is responsible for compliance with the laws of its own state and locality, including licensing, flavor restrictions and registry requirements applicable to resale. Products contain nicotine unless expressly marked 0% nicotine.
