Six order states, decoded

  • Pending payment

    Order placed but payment not yet captured. Most clear within minutes; if stuck more than 2 hours, the card was declined and the order will auto-cancel.

  • Processing

    Payment captured, order is in the warehouse pick queue. No tracking number yet.

  • Shipped

    Carrier scanned the parcel. Tracking number lands in your email within 30 minutes.

  • Out for delivery

    On the truck for delivery today. Carrier-side status.

  • Delivered

    Carrier scanned at the delivery address. If you don't see the parcel within 24 hours, see "lost or damaged" below.

  • On hold

    Paused for an issue we're working on (failed address, chargeback, age-verification flag). You'll get an email within 24 hours.
