Where we ship
Business addresses across the United States. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship wholesale orders to residential consumers.
USPS — orders under 6 cartons
Smaller orders ship USPS. Rates are calculated automatically at order time from the boxed weight and dimensions of your order, and appear on your invoice immediately after your deposit is confirmed. Tracking numbers are added to your order at dispatch.
Palletized LTL — orders of 6 cartons or more
Larger orders move as palletized LTL freight. Lane pricing varies by destination, so we quote your freight within one business day of deposit confirmation and add it to your final invoice — you always see the full landed cost before paying the balance. A dock or liftgate note on your account helps us quote the right service; the freight PRO number is added to your order at pickup.
Dispatch timing
Orders dispatch from Memphis, TN once your balance clears — typically same or next business day for USPS, and on the next scheduled carrier pickup for LTL.
Receiving & claims
Count cartons at delivery and note any shortage or visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Concealed damage must be reported within 2 business days of delivery with photos of the cartons and contents. Title and risk transfer at carrier pickup; we file and chase carrier claims on your behalf when documented at receiving.
